Eligibility. Bond Biomeds sells only to licensed healthcare practitioners and qualified businesses. Practitioner accounts require a valid NPI; business accounts require a state license or EIN. We may request additional documentation and may decline or close any account.
Professional use. Products are sold for professional use only and have not been evaluated by the FDA. You are responsible for using them in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to your practice.
Ordering & payment. Orders are paid by Zelle, ACH or wire and ship monday – friday once payment is confirmed. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
Documentation. Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis are provided through the portal. Labels and lot numbers must not be removed or altered.
Communications. By applying, you agree to receive account-related emails and calls at the contact details provided.
