01Information we collect

• Application and account details: name, work email, phone, practice or business name and address, credential, NPI, state license number and state, EIN, uploaded license documents, and how you heard about us.
• Catalog access: name, email and professional role, verified with a one-time email code.
• Orders: shipping addresses, purchase-order numbers, order history, and the payment method and reference you choose. We do not collect or store bank account or card numbers — you send payment directly from your bank.
• White-label requests: brand name, quantities, artwork files and notes.
• Communications: messages you send us and records of emails we send you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the date and time of requests, used for security and fraud prevention.

02How we use information

• to verify eligibility, including checking NPIs against the public CMS NPPES registry and reviewing licenses;
• to create and secure your account and provide the portal;
• to process, ship and support orders and match incoming payments;
• to send transactional emails about applications, orders, payments, shipments and security;
• to send occasional product or business updates, which you can opt out of at any time;
• to prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations; and
• to improve our products and services.

03How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate — such as hosting and database providers, email delivery, file storage, banks and shipping carriers — under obligations to protect it; with professional advisers; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, financing or sale of the business.

04No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember that you verified your email for the catalog. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

06Payments

Payments are made by Zelle, ACH or wire directly from your bank to ours. We record the payment method, amount and reference needed to reconcile your order, but never your bank login, account or card numbers. If card payments are added later, they will be handled by a payment processor under its own privacy policy.

07Professional data only — no patient information

Please do not send us patient information or protected health information. Our services are not designed to receive it, and we do not knowingly collect consumer health data.

08Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, regulatory, product-traceability and legal purposes. Unverified catalog codes expire after ten minutes; declined applications are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.

09Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, uploaded documents are kept in private storage, and access is limited to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

10Your choices and rights

You can review and update account details in the portal. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Email info@bondbiomeds.com to make a request; we will verify your identity and respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11Marketing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about your account or orders.

12State privacy disclosures

Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described above, for the business purposes described above, and we have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined by those laws.

13Children

Our services are for professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

14Third-party sites

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are their own.

15Where data is processed

We operate in the United States and store data with U.S.-based service providers. Our services are intended for U.S. customers.

16Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the portal.
