Shipping Policy

01When orders ship
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, once payment has been received and confirmed. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
02Payment timing
Zelle payments are typically confirmed the same business day. ACH transfers usually take 1–3 business days to clear, and wires are usually same-day. Including your order number (BB-#####) as the payment memo helps us match your payment quickly.
03Where we ship
We ship to verified practice and business addresses within the United States.
04Shipping costs
Shipping charges, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
05Receiving your order
Please make sure someone is available to receive and promptly store your shipment, and inspect it on arrival. Report any problems within three (3) business days as described in our Refund Policy.
